Cancellation/No Show Policy

In this time of COVID-19, we encourage you to cancel/reschedule if you are coming down with any symptoms that have been identified with this virus.

For Cancellations or No shows, you will be charged half the fee of the appointment length.
Alcohol and Tobacco Request & Policy

Please do not consume alcohol prior a Myofascial Release, Massage or Movement session. Combining these therapies with alcohol only increases the toxic load on the body. It also desensitizes a person to pain, and clouds judgment.

Please refrain from smoking the day of your treatment. Smoking masks the client’s ability to feel tensions and agitations through the body and mind, therefore creating false feedback for both the client and therapist to release areas that may be contributing to feelings of anxiety, agitation, or depression to name a few.

Should you arrive having consumed alcohol or partaken in tobacco use, no treatment will be given and half the fee of the session will be charged.
Scent Free Policy

We request you to refrain from use of perfume or cologne on your day of treatment as these scents can be very strong for practitioners and other clients who also need our services. If you feel the need for these scents, please bring with you and utilize after your treatment and when you have left the facility. This is very much appreciated.
